What is Sono-GPS ?
What is "Sono-GPS" ?
Sono-GPS is a high-resolution 'optical positioning ultrasound simulator'. It is the ideal training solution for developing "Hands-On" ultrasound scanning skills.
Sono-GPS functions much like the GPS in your car; however, instead of navigating roadways , Sono-GPS navigates through real time ultrasound anatomy and pathology.
Users interact with a selection of ultrasound cases locating specific image planes and anatomical structures guided by the audio and visual technology of Sono-GPS.

How does Sono-GPS work ?
Sono-GPS tracks all transducer movements, instantaneously converts each movement into GPS coordinates and then displays real time ultrasound on monitor. This is REAL ultrasound ... NOT a cine movie clip.
